The Positive Intelligence (PQ) program is a science backed, app based program that increases mental fitness and allows individuals to gain a more positive, mindfulness approach to life.
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. That’s what the PQ Program empowers you to do.

I offer the PQ Program at a discounted rate (usually $995USD) alongside coaching through an ADHD lens. Please contact me for more information on these packages!
